Program Description
L.I.L.A.C.S (Ladies Impacting Leadership in Allen County Successfully) is a leadership and mentorship initiative designed to empower teen girls ages 14 to 18 years old by providing opportunities for personal growth, leadership development, academic encouragement, and community engagement. The program equips participants with the skills, confidence, and support needed to become successful leaders in their schools, families, and communities. Through mentorship, workshops, educational enrichment, service projects, and life-skills training, L.I.L.A.C.S. helps young ladies discover their strengths, build positive relationships, develop leadership abilities, and create a vision for their future. The program focuses on cultivating self-awareness, self-esteem, character, responsibility, and resilience while encouraging participants to reach their full potential.

Grow. Glow. Flow. A leadership, life skills, and personal development program designed to empower teen girls to grow in confidence, glow with purpose, and flow into their future with courage and excellence.
Program Description
The Grow Glow Flow Girls Empowerment Program is a youth development initiative created to inspire and equip teen girls ages 14–18 with the tools needed to become confident leaders, responsible decision-makers, and successful young women. Through mentorship, educational workshops, leadership training, and community engagement, participants develop the skills necessary to thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and personally.
The program provides a safe, positive, and encouraging environment where girls can discover their strengths, build healthy relationships, increase self-esteem, and prepare for future success.
