The Vision
The vision for W.I.N. Empowerment Network, Inc. started as a vision in 2016 from a passion to empower, encourage, and uplift women and girls facing life's challenges. What began as a vision to provide hope, support, and opportunities for personal growth evolved into a nonprofit organization that was birth in 2026 dedicated to helping individuals discover their purpose, build confidence, and achieve their goals.
Founded by Certified Life Coach–Author Lisa Banks, W.I.N. Empowerment Network, Inc. was established on the belief that every woman and girl possesses unique gifts, talents, and potential that deserve to be nurtured and developed. Recognizing the need for mentorship, leadership development, educational programs, and community support, the organization was created to serve as a resource for empowerment and transformation.
Today, W.I.N. Empowerment Network, Inc. continues to inspire positive change through programs that promote self-esteem, leadership, education, personal development, and community engagement. Our commitment remains steadfast: empowering women and girls to overcome obstacles, embrace their strengths, and create brighter futures for themselves, their families, and their communities.
